Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the stated timeframe, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using abbreviations, correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (where applicable) is essential for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, excluding the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 24 to 72 business hours, but 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that orders can take 7 to 14 days to ship (depending on the product(s)). The delivery times shown on the product pages are average estimates. Delivery times can sometimes be up to 14 business days for UK, from the date of shipment, and 10 to 30 business days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date the order was placed, depending on the final destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status on our website in the "Track my order" section.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is free for orders over £20; otherwise, it costs £1.95..

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim (glasses-case.co.uk).

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that processing claims can take up to 30 days.

We are not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages for which the carrier confirms delivery.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order and refund you to your original payment method for the out-of-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it contains several items.
