General terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between, on the one hand, HD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LLC, a LLC with its registered office at 15442 VENTURA BLVD. STE 201-1448 SHERMAN OAKS, CA 91403, hereinafter referred to and operating the website glasses-case.co.uk, and, on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website etui-lunette.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" or "the customer".
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between glasses-case.co.uk and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website glasses-case.co.uk, hereinafter referred to as "the Site".
Purchasing a product through this Site implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to their order.
Any resale of products purchased via the Site, and in particular on the Internet, is strictly prohibited, and regardless of any infringement of the brand or image of the products, may give rise to legal action against those responsible.

Article 2. Products

The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition to the price of the products. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount and weight of the order.
A contribution towards packaging, insurance, and shipping costs is required for each order and is included in the delivery charges shown before the buyer confirms the order.
Please note that if the buyer places two (or more) separate orders on the same day for the same delivery address, it will not be possible to combine them, and shipping costs will be charged for each order.
In mainland US, all orders will have free shipping from our suppliers in China, who handle the shipment of the packages.
Article 4. Ordering
The buyer can order as a guest without creating a customer account on the Site.

Article 5 – Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, CB (Credit Cards), Visa, Amex, Google Pay, PayPal. During the final order validation phase, the buyer enters their bank card number, expiry date, and the security code located on the back of the card (the last three digits on the signature panel). The buyer must not enter their PIN at any time.
All data entered during payment by bank card is immediately encrypted using the SSL protocol and stored on the servers of our partners, Stripe or PayPal. glasses-case.co.uk does not store any confidential payment data. This information is accessible only to our banking partner. glasses-case.co.uk does not have access to the buyer's bank details at any time.
In the event of total or partial non-payment of any sum owed by the buyer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of the Site, including in connection with previous orders, glasses-case.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature or stage of completion.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having read and understood them fully, and waiver of any conflicting terms and conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on the order form, glasses-case.co.uk will send an email confirming the order registration.
Article 5. Retention of Title
glasses-case.co.uk retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes, has been received.
Article 6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the US Consumer Code, the buyer may not exercise their right of withdrawal for certain products, and in particular for goods that have been unsealed by the buyer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (example: an opened gas cylinder).

Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are shipped via La Poste's Colissimo service, a tracked delivery service requiring no signature upon receipt, or via another logistics provider preferred by our suppliers. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only; if delivery exceeds thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be canceled and the buyer refunded. The buyer's order is delivered to their home by their postal carrier. If the buyer is absent, they will receive a delivery notice from their postal carrier, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within the timeframe specified by the postal service. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and its contents upon delivery, in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
glasses-case.co.uk cannot be held liable for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including force majeure or actions of the carrier, that may delay or prevent the delivery of products.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by glasses-case.co.uk are covered by the warranty against hidden defects as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the US Civil Code and the legal guarantee of conformity as provided for in Articles 217-4 et seq. of the US Consumer Code. In the event of a product's non-conformity, it may be returned to glasses-case.co.uk, which will accept the return, exchange the product, or issue a refund. All claims, requests for exchange, or refunds must be made by mail to the following address: contact@glasses-case.co.uk within thirty days of delivery.
Article 9. Liability
In the distance selling process, glasses-case.co.uk is only bound by an obligation of means. glasses-case.co.uk cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems.

If a buyer lacking legal capacity orders products on the website, their legal guardians will bear full responsibility for the order and must, in particular, pay the full price.
